Please note that the rear brackets for the Jaguar E-Pace will need modifying slightly to fit newer models. Please refer to our fitting guide for more details. Package includes 2 steps and all the brackets, bolts and fixings necessary for your specific vehicle. Very easy to fit, clean and maintain. The brackets install conveniently to existing bolt holes in your vehicle's chassis.Fitting takes just a couple of hours. Protects your car from damage caused by dirt and asphalt thrown up by your tires as well other car doors in tight car parking spaces. Provides a sturdy platform structure. The boards are 18mm (0.71 inches) thick and are 135mm (5.31 inches) wide with an actual step width of 130mm (5.12 inches). The heavy-duty Q235A grade steel brackets have undergone a 2-stage powder coating process for longer life.
Sturdy, tough and stylish non-slip black ridged step tread surface built for rigorous daily use. The tall contoured side wall of the step is made from strong SUS 304 grade stainless steel and it has been powder coated to give a sleek black look to the entire step. Some vehicles may have plastic undertray shields covering the side step bolt holes. These will need to be removed before fitting the steps and before re-fitting will need to be trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar.
Please DO NOT use car cleaning products which contain TFR (Traffic Film Remover) chemicals on metallic products as it can cause corrosion. We strongly advise examining any bolts, brackets or fixings 7 days after original installation to ensure that they are tight and secure.
For your safety, we recommend inspecting all fixtures every 3-6 months. For the majority of our side steps/bars, no chassis drilling will be required. Undertray shields will need to be removed before fitting and trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar. Ensure you have received all necessary components; if there's anything missing let us know right away. For safety, check all bolts/brackets 7 days after installation and inspect all fixtures every 3 months.
