With luggage space limited on the 90 this is a great way to add extra space. As well as adding style these also provide security and privacy for items stored in the rear. So, what is a MOLLE Plate? MOLLE an acronym for MO dular L ightweight L oad-carrying E quipment.
It is essentially a modular system that allows for the attachment of various accessories (a system that was developed and widely used in the armed forces). Following the success of our Defender 110 Molle Plates we have designed this version for the 90 models.
Note: You will need to have the Defender roof rails fitted to install these molle plates as they use the same fitting method as the Defender accessories like the ladder and gear box. We have packed the plate with a range of different shaped features and apertures to allow fitting of a multitude attachments and accessories. UPDATED DESIGN: We have added extra holes to allow you to mount a Land Rover Side Gear Box to this Molle Plate - see item FIX480 for a fixing kit.
